How It Works
How the Network Works
Four steps, kept deliberately simple. Many instructors are independent professionals who do not want another complicated technology platform.
Join
Tell us who you are and where you teach. Intake runs through a straightforward form — no account setup, no software to learn.
Build Your Profile
Add certifications, services, agency approvals, range affiliations, and professional capabilities. Each is recorded distinctly.
Verify
Help us keep important credentials, approvals, and availability current. Verification is a recurring conversation, not a one-time form.
Connect
As network services expand, qualified instructors can be connected with relevant student opportunities. This matching capability is under development.
Verification Model
Verification keeps the network credible
A profile is only useful if it is accurate. We ask instructors to confirm credentials, agency approvals, and availability periodically, and we record when each was last confirmed. USCCWInstructors.com does not issue certifications or approvals — it records what an instructor reports and what can be reasonably confirmed.

- Professional affiliation
- Relationships with organizations, associations, or legal-service providers.
- Availability
- Whether the instructor is currently accepting students.
