Information We Collect
What instructors and facilities provide
Instructor and facility information is submitted voluntarily through our intake form: contact details, location and service area, certifications, agency approvals, services, affiliations, and availability. We do not request or store instructor identification numbers.
How It Is Used
Operating and developing the network
Information is used to verify participation, keep records current, communicate with participants, and develop future network services such as student matching and referrals.
Third Parties
Form and service providers
Intake is handled through a third-party form provider. Information is not sold. Any future public display of profile information will be described here before it happens.
